Since 2001 Sunbao Case & Luggage Co. Ltd, also named Jinyida Metal Products Co. Ltd, has been specializing in the manufacture of aluminum cases,aluminum tripods and CNC hardware processing. Our 3,500-square-meter factory, five production lines and 250 staff can turn out over 90,000 units each month, all of which are exported to Europe, the US, Japan and Australia. International buyers such as OSM, Hama, Steinel are lying on our products for our reliability.
Our R&D team is composed of five experienced engineers. With the help of advanced equipment, we continue to develop new models in order to meet market requirements. We utilize hot pressing technology, which enables us to manufacture a case from a single aluminum board. Therefore no welding lines are visible on the surface of our cases, and no bolts or screws are necessary.
Our 10-strong QC team reports directly to our general manager. Each procedure is assigned to a specific team member. Every inspection report will be filed and reviewed by our general manager.
